The information you need when shopping with Pearl Rabbit.
1. Who you are buying from
Pearl Rabbit is a trading name of MGC SUSSEX LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 13212183. Our registered office is C/O Brennan Herriott & Co, 1 Blatchington Road, Hove, East Sussex, United Kingdom, BN3 3YP. Contact us at [email protected]. These terms apply to consumer purchases through pearlrabbit.co.uk. We sell and deliver within the UK only.
2. Products and information
Read the product description, dimensions, care requirements and compatibility information before ordering. Images illustrate products; screen colours and presentation can vary. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description. Our educational guides provide general information and are not personalised medical advice.
3. Placing an order
Check your items, delivery address and total before paying. Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, rather than acceptance. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept it, for example because an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error needs correcting, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected item. We will not substitute an item or charge a corrected price without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown before you place your order. The payment options available to you appear at checkout. We do not ask you to send card details by email. Price changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
5. Delivery
Our delivery information explains available services, costs and timing. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you identify to receive them, unless you independently arrange a carrier we have not offered. Please tell us promptly about a delay or delivery problem so we can investigate with the carrier.
Unless we agree another period with you, delivery must take place within 30 days. If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, your legal rights can include setting an appropriate further deadline or ending the contract where the law allows, including where timing was essential and made clear before ordering.
6. Cancellations and returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 14-day statutory cancellation right, the limited exception for opened hygiene-sealed goods, our additional 365-day unopened-item promise, faulty goods, free UK return labels and refund timing. You can cancel by sending a clear message to [email protected]; no special wording is required.
7. Using products
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, intended use, cleaning and charging requirements. Stop using a damaged product and contact us. Misuse may affect a claim where it caused the damage, but does not remove rights relating to an existing fault or a product that was not as described.
8. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or your statutory consumer rights. Products are supplied for personal use; we do not agree to business resale through this consumer shop.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how personal information is used. Our cookie information explains site storage and browser controls.
10. Problems and complaints
Email [email protected] with your order number and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond. Contacting us does not prevent you exercising your legal rights or seeking independent advice.
11. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Changes apply to future orders; the terms in force when we accept an order apply to that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where legally possible.
